Cru Uncorked is a high-end French-American restaurant with an emphasis on privacy and fine dining. We designed this building in conjunction with Larsen Architects to represent very high standards in cuisine and wine offerings. The exterior attempts to reflect the ambiance of French country buildings, using natural stone and stucco to suggest a family winery constructed over several generations. Valet parking is used to keep the parking lot behind the building and provide a graceful courtyard for the entry experience. The interior is divided into four distinct dining rooms plus a banquet room and lounge. This ensures an intimate atmosphere and quiet dining – so rare in most restaurants today. The grounds are heavily landscaped and a private terrace is graced by a curving grape arbor. Together, the building and outstanding dining combine to offer a unique experience unrivaled in northeast Ohio.
